Nutritional Therapist Workshop – Intense, Exciting, and Productive! — 11 Comments

  1. I completed the NTP program in June 2011. You have made a great choice and Cathy is a fantastic instructor. I almost applied to be on the staff for your class. I am currently assisting at the San Diego venue. When I first saw the title of this post I thought you had been in the SD class and could not believe I had missed you.

Best of luck to you as you continue on this path and feel free to contact me.

    • Yes, Cathy is fantastic. Not only is she a good teacher, but she is so encouraging. The assistants are really helpful also, always right there when we had a question about a technique.

I’m sure I made the right choice with the Nutritional Therapist program. I’m learning much more than I expected to–the program is even better than I thought when I signed up.

  2. I actually was just looking into doing this and changing from being a mainstream dietitian to a functional dietitian. Thanks for the info that you’re learning a lot and enjoying it!

  3. Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your experience! I am beginning to order books for the class and am reading ahead also to familiarize with terminology etc. Keep sharing about your experience and eat up on your liver! Full speed ahead 🙂 Best Wishes!

    • You can read the recommended reading books now. When you start the class you probably won’t have time to read those, and they have lots of good information. Thanks for the reminder about the liver. I do need to eat more organ meats. Good luck in your course.

  4. I wish I had the guts to take a course like that because I think I could really benefit from it, however science makes my eyes roll up into my head and convulse. 🙁 Good for you! I can’t wait to hear about all you have learned! 🙂 I look forward to learning from you.
