Luke, a firm that specializes in food poisoning lawsuits.\u00a0 Lavon Farms has been barred from selling raw milk pending further tests.\u00a0 The article quotes Zachary Thompson, director of the Dallas County Health Department: \u201cWe\u2019re going to go with the CDC recommendations that individuals not partake of this milk.\u201d and says that &#8220;the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Health Department are issuing alerts about the potential dangers of unpasteurized products.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, the subject of these illnesses was included in the testimony against Texas House Bill 75 that died in committee.\u00a0 HB 75 would have allowed licensed raw milk dairy farmers to sell milk at farmers&#8217;
