The\u00a0Chef Link Livingston and Sous Chef Chris are providing delicious, locally sourced food\u00a0prepared exactly the way I like it\u2014simple, delicious, local, and healthy. The seafood is fresh from the Gulf and the chef shops at local farmers markets and other local sources for produce&#8211;it&#8217;s\u00a0very fresh and often organic.\u00a0 Using local, fresh produce\u00a0does lead to seasonal changes in the menu.<\/p>\n<p>We began our dinner with the Shrimp Diablo appetizer, tender, juicy fire-roasted Gulf shrimp wrapped in maple bacon with bell peppers, jalapeno cheese, and a tart-sweet glaze. We <em>all<\/em>\u00a0loved the shrimp\u2014just the right combination of jalapeno, sauce, bacon and shrimp. I chose the fish of the day\u2014fresh snapper from the Gulf\u2014cooked just right, still tender and delicate.
