The Houston Chronicle <\/a>is reporting that Georgia and Rick Bost will open a new restaurant, Georgia’s Market Downtown,\u00a0in early November, located\u00a0at Main and Prairie.\u00a0\u00a0The Bosts are the owners of Georgia’s Farm-to-Market <\/a>grocery store and cafe on the Katy freeway and Georgia’s Texas Grass-Fed Beef<\/a>.\u00a0 Georgia’s Farm-to-Market cafe is on the Real Food Restaurant list.<\/p>\n

Many of the products in the new downtown market will be local and organic.\u00a0 The Chronicle article reports that “The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch will feature a hot bar and salad bar along with sandwiches, burgers and pastas. Steaks will be served for dinner.
